AI9 Labs on Recent AI Safety Concerns

Like everyone working in AI, we at AI9 Labs, Inc. are paying close attention to recent developments, and of course we take the concerns seriously. These are extraordinarily powerful technologies, and the companies developing frontier models have an important responsibility to understand and manage the risks that come with them.

Our role today is much narrower. Through Kaboodle, we build tools designed to help legitimate AI agents doing legitimate work perform better. Kaboodle provides independent review and fresh perspective while deliberately leaving the primary agent in control. AI9 Labs is not an AI governance or safety company, and we don't want to suggest that our current products solve problems they weren't designed to solve.

We're still a small startup focused on proving our technology, supporting our pilot users, and building the best products we can. So far, we've seen excellent results across legitimate real-world use cases, and that's where our attention belongs right now.

Like everyone else in the industry, we'll continue watching these developments carefully. As AI9 Labs and Kaboodle grow, we'll continue taking appropriate steps to protect our customers, encourage responsible use, and prevent misuse wherever reasonably possible.
