How credits work

Credits measure how much AI work you have used. They are not money, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred to anyone else.

  • Credits refresh at the start of each period. Unused credits do not carry over.
  • There is no overage. When the credits for a period are gone, Kaboodle stops generating rather than billing you more.
  • Running out never locks you out: your account, your conversations, your usage and your billing stay available, and you can upgrade at any time.
  • Different models use credits at different rates, and you can see the relative cost of each one when you choose it.
  • Paid plans bill monthly in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. There are no annual plans and no trials.
  • Cancel whenever you like: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If you cancel a paid plan, you can ask for a refund of the part of your PAYMENT that matches the credits you have not used. Credits you have already spent are not refunded, because they paid for AI work that has already been done. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
