Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-10 · Effective September 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AI9 Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which operates Kaboodle. They are written to be read, so please do read them: they explain what Kaboodle does, what you are paying for, and what happens if you want to stop.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Kaboodle is operated by AI9 Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). Kaboodle is our product name; AI9 Labs, Inc. is the company you are contracting with.

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kaboodle.

2. What Kaboodle does

Kaboodle sends AI work for independent review before it reaches you. A primary AI model does the work; a separate review looks at it and reports what it found; the primary model stays in control of the answer.

Kaboodle may be offered in two ways: through Kaboodle Chat and by connecting Kaboodle to AI tools you already use.

AI output can be wrong, and review reduces that risk rather than removing it. Kaboodle does not guarantee that any answer is accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose. Do not rely on Kaboodle as your only check on work that matters. Do not use it as a substitute for professional advice in medicine, law, finance or any other regulated field.

3. Who can use Kaboodle

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
  • Kaboodle subscriptions are available in the United States only. You will need a US billing address to subscribe.
  • Accounts are for one person. Please do not share your account or your password.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Kaboodle offers 3 plans. Paid plans bill monthly in US dollars, plus any applicable tax, and renew automatically until you cancel.

  • Free: Free, 2,500 credits a month.
  • Expanded: $20 a month, 25,000 credits a month.
  • High Access: $100 a month, 140,000 credits a month.

Credits measure how much AI work you have used. They are not money, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Credits refresh at the start of each period and unused credits do not carry over. There is no overage: when a period’s credits are used up, Kaboodle stops generating new work rather than charging you more. Your account, your conversations, your usage history and your billing controls all remain available.

Different AI models use credits at different rates, and the relative cost is shown when you choose one. There are no annual plans, no trials, and no coupons.

5. Cancelling, and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

If you cancel a paid plan, you can ask for a refund of the part of your PAYMENT that matches the credits you have not used. Credits you have already spent are not refunded, because they paid for AI work that has already been done. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Some payments cannot be refunded automatically: a card payment can become too old to reverse, for example. If that happens we will tell you and sort it out with you directly. To ask for a refund, email us at info@kaboodleai.com.

If a payment is disputed with your card issuer, we may pause new AI generation on the account while it is resolved. Your account and your history remain available.

6. Using Kaboodle responsibly

Please do not use Kaboodle to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • create or distribute material that sexually exploits children, or that harasses, threatens or defames someone;
  • attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Kaboodle or to anyone else’s account;
  • resell Kaboodle, or use it to build a directly competing service;
  • automate account creation, or otherwise try to obtain more free usage than the Free plan provides.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

7. Your content and ours

What you type into Kaboodle is yours, and so are the answers you get back, to the extent the law allows anyone to own them. We do not claim ownership of either.

We need a limited permission to run the service: to send your request to AI models, to have it reviewed, to store your conversations so you can come back to them, and to keep the billing records the law requires. That permission exists only to operate Kaboodle for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

Kaboodle itself (the software, the name and the design) belongs to AI9 Labs, Inc..

AI models can produce similar answers for different people, so we cannot promise that an answer you receive is unique to you.

8. Service changes and availability

Kaboodle is a service that changes. We may add, alter or remove features, and we may change which AI models are available; model providers themselves retire and replace models, and we cannot promise any particular one indefinitely.

We aim to keep Kaboodle available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Kaboodle is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Kaboodle is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits, and if you live in one of them, some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email or in the product, and where the change affects what you agreed to we will ask you to accept the new version. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and we each agree to that jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. We may transfer this agreement as part of a merger or sale of the business; you may not transfer it without our consent.

12. Getting in touch
